FUZZFORGE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FuzzingLabs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business interruption.

Our total liability for any claims related to FuzzForge shall not exceed the amount paid by you for our services in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access to FuzzForge if you violate these terms or engage in prohibited activities.

Upon termination, your right to use our services ceases immediately. We may delete your account and associated data according to our data retention policies.

We may update these terms periodically to reflect changes in our services or legal requirements. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through our platform.

Continued use of FuzzForge after terms updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of France. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of Paris, France.

We encourage resolving disputes amicably through direct communication before pursuing formal proceedings.
